We can wonder why we are here. Maybe it’s an accident, maybe a mistake? The truth is we are here because of destiny. No one needs to validate us or the call on our life, because God made us in His image on purpose for a purpose.
God breathed life into us. He plucked us from eternity and placed us on the planet to flourish. We lost that breath of life and we lost our way. We muddled through as best we could but our whole world began to wither and decay.
God loved us so much that He couldn’t leave us separated from Him. His love left Heaven for earth to live among us, die as us and be raised from the dead. Jesus defeated death so we could have life, that endless abundant life we had in the beginning.
Now we can have the exciting destiny we were made for. As we commune with our beautiful Lord Jesus every day in prayer, we can be fueled with grace, again and again, for the journey of overcoming adversity, impacting others for the Kingdom of God; and leaving a legacy on the planet.
John 3:16 (MSG) - “This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again.
