In life we can come up against a series of challenges or opposition. We can come to think that this is just life. However, we were not meant to be beaten up by life but to overcome and thrive.
God created us in His image and blessed us. He designed for us to be fruitful and multiply. We also were placed in our purpose and were commissioned to steward our call and destiny.
Even when we were separated from the original purpose of God, Jesus came to earth for us. Love came down from Heaven to restore us to the Father and place us back to our original purpose and plan. Now through Jesus we have more than we had before, we are not just created beings but now we are redeemed people.
As we abide in Christ, we will bear the fruit of His Spirit. So, when we face opposition we will find peace that transcends understanding and His joy that sustains us. As we come out the other side of whatever trials we face, we will find that we are stronger than before and we will be ready to take on and conquer that we’ve been entrusted to do.
2 Corinthians 3:18 (MSG) - God removes the veil and there they are—face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We’re free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.
